3rd Annual Survivor Celebration Event

René Syler, former anchor is still making news! The 3rd Annual Survivor Celebration Event will be held on Friday, September 26, 2008. Rene Syler, former anchor of CBS's The Early Show,author of "Good Enough Mother" and breast cancer advocate will be the Keynote Speaker. In early January, 2007, Rene already reeling from her unplanned exit from The Early Show in late December, underwent a bilateral prophylactic mastectomy.  Rene had her breasts removed even though she did not have breast cancer because both her mother and her father are breast cancer survivors.  Rene will inspire you with her strength, humor and faith.
